What to include in your email
- The funding opportunity. Agency, program name, and the NOFA/FOA number (for example, "NIH R21, PAR-26-123").
- The submission deadline.
- Your organization. Legal name, entity type (501(c)(3), university, LLC, other), and a short mission statement.
- The project. Two or three sentences on what you want to fund, the problem it solves, and the measurable goals.
- What you need. Full proposal development, submission support, or a compliance impact brief.
- A contact name and email.
